A deposit is required for all wellness and surgery appointments. (We do not see sick or injured animals.)
Due to high call volume, our online appointment request is the preferred method to request an appointment. Before we can schedule your spay/neuter appointment, we must receive a non-refundable $20 pre-payment, either by credit/debit card online or by cash in person. This $20 fee will be credited toward the cost of your pet’s surgery, along with any other services performed on that day. A $20.00 deposit is required to schedule a surgery appointment, a $20.00 deposit is required to schedule a wellness appointment. Please allow 48 business hours for a response. Clients must give 24 hour notice of cancellation to receive a refund. The deposit will be applied to the client’s bill on the day of the appointment. All surgery appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday. The clinic is consistently booked 2-4 weeks ahead for spay/neuter surgery, and 6-8 weeks for large dog spay/neuters. If your pet has a current rabies vaccination, please bring the paper certificate with you. Otherwise, we are required by law to give a rabies vaccination. We strongly recommend that you bring your dog in to the clinic for a bordetella vaccine 2 weeks prior to surgery. Each pet must be in a separate carrier, we do not accept more than one animal per carrier for surgery. Please allow 48 business hours for a response.

Wellness exams and vaccinations are scheduled Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM. We are a high volume wellness clinic in order to keep our prices low we limit each visit to 20 minutes, if your pet requires a more extensive exam you will be charged an extended office visit charge of $35.00. All dogs must be restrained by a leash or in a carrier. All cats must be in a carrier. Please contact us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to have your deposit refunded. Fractious pets may require an additional charge. Payment must be made when services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, cash and personal checks. Free services are not available at the clinic. (We do not see sick or injured animals)

Feral Cats (WE DO NOT HAVE GRANT MONEY AT THIS TIME FOR FERAL CATS)
No appointment is necessary for feral cats. Feral cats are charged the same rate for services as all other cats, Feral cats are not accepted on Saturdays. Only the first 5 feral cats will be accepted each day Monday through Friday. You must bring them in a humane trap; only one cat per trap is permitted. All feral cats will have the tip of their left ear notched while under anesthesia.
Surgery Drop Off/Pick Up
For surgical appointments, drop-off time is between 7 AM and 8 AM. Expect up to a one hour wait, as all animals scheduled for surgery are checked in according to the order in which they turn in surgery paperwork. Remove food at midnight the night before the surgery and do not give food the morning of surgery. Click here to review all pre- and post- surgical instructions. Upon arrival, all dogs must be restrained by a leash (nylon or leather only, no retractable leashes) or in a carrier. Cats must be in a carrier. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to have your deposit refunded. If your pet has a current rabies vaccination, please bring the paper certificate with you (a rabies tag will not be accepted). Otherwise, we are required by law to give a rabies vaccination. This will incur an additional charge of $12. Pick-up time is between 3:30 pm and 4 pm for dogs, 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm for cats. Expect to spend one hour for pick-up.
